Our sourcing process focuses on passive candidates - those who are not actively looking for a new opportunity.
 
  • Interviews are conducted with several prospective candidates and only the best are presented for your consideration.
 
  • References are checked and academic credentials are verified for all candidates submitted.
 
  • As you're ready to make an offer, Arcus will facilitate negotiations with the candidate you select, bringing the search to closure.
 
If you engage Arcus on a retained basis, dedicated resources are at your disposal throughout the search. Our fees are billed in installments as the project progresses.
